About João
I'm João Otávio Gallo, a senior fullstack developer with 15 years in the software development market. I've worked full-remote for international companies for the past 6 years, with 2 years experience as PHP Tech Lead managing both national and international teams.
My expertise spans modern PHP frameworks including Drupal, Symfony, and Laravel, fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Vue, and cloud infrastructure with AWS and Docker. I'm passionate about clean architecture, SOLID principles, and building scalable enterprise solutions for global companies.
Beyond code, I'm a passionate musician and multi-instrumentalist who finds creativity in both music and development. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, I balance my professional life with being a proud father to a 5-year-old daughter who keeps me inspired and grounded.
